People are cutting trees every day for houses, roads and fields. This causes many problems and contributes to climate change. Last year’s floods showed how dangerous climate change can be. Heavy rains and extreme weather caused destruction in many areas.
One big reason behind this is deforestation, because trees help prevent flooding by absorbing water. The government should make strict laws to stop the cutting of trees. Trees should be cared for, watered and protected.
