MANSEHRA: The District Police Officer (DPO) on Thursday suspended the Station House Officer (SHO) of Khaki Police Station after the family of a slain man alleged his involvement in the murder.
An order issued by the DPO office stated that Saad Aamir, SHO Khaki Police Station, had been suspended and directed to report to Police Lines with immediate effect.According to the order, a charge sheet of allegations would be issued separately by him for a proper departmental inquiry.According to the FIR, Abdul Rasheed was allegedly killed by suspects Mohammad Raja and his brother Aurangzeb over an old enmity in the Timer Khola area the other day.
