LAHORE:A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the School Education Department and Helping Hand Welfare Organisation for the launch of the Chief Minister Youth Incubation Programme.
Under the agreement, both organisations will jointly work to equip Punjab’s youth with digital skills and provide them with career guidance and counselling opportunities. Speaking on the occasion, Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat stated that the initiative has been launched under CM’s vision of declaring the current year as the 'Year of Youth' and empowering young people across the province. He said that the programme will provide talented and high-achieving students from public schools with access to modern technologies and world-class educational opportunities. He explained that through social incubation initiatives, young participants will receive training in diplomacy, digital literacy, and content creation. The programme will also include educational and cultural exchange activities. The minister added that STEM competitions will be organised among students, while special measures will be taken to enhance their scientific and innovative capabilities, as outlined in the MoU.
