LAHORE : The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has formally requested Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) to reduce load-shedding during the upcoming Intermediate Examinations 2026. According to the BISE spokesperson, the Board has provided Lesco officials with a list of 566 examination centres, urging that power outages in these areas be minimized to facilitate students.
Controller of Examinations, Tauseef-ur-Rehman, said that resident inspectors have been instructed to arrange seating candidates in well-ventilated rooms, while arrangements for cold drinking water have been made at all centres. The examinations will commence on May 20 (tomorrow).
