LAHORE:Partly cloudy weather was recorded in the provincial capital here on Sunday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions with chances of scattered rain during the next 24 hours.
The average AQI of the City was 54, which fell in the category of moderate while the PM2.5 concentration was 1.8 times the World Health Organisation annual PM2.5 guideline value.Met officials said the maximum temperature in the City was 23°C and the minimum was 17°C. They said the humidity ratio in the air has been recorded at 49 percent, which was proving to be helpful in keeping the weather moderate.
Met officials predicted that rain with strong winds and thunderstorms was expected from today (Monday) which will continue until Friday (April 17), and may cause significant changes in the weather. Citizens are advised to take precautionary measures in view of the possible weather conditions in the coming days.
