Islamabad : The Directorate General of Special Education, ICT, in collaboration with Nestlé Pakistan under its Nestlé for Healthier Kids (N4HK) programme held a three-day training at the National Special Education Centre, G-8/4.
The first session, coordinated by NISE, engaged 45 teachers and professionals from DGSE service delivery centres.
The training focused on practical nutrition awareness and the integration of healthy lifestyle practices within special education settings. The session was delivered by Nestle's Nutrition, Health & Wellness expert and ensured inclusive participation through full sign Language accessibility support.
The programme will now be scaled in phases across all DGSE Special Education Centres, followed by structured engagement sessions for parents and students to expand long-term impact.
The Ministry remains committed to advancing inclusive and sustainable health education in partnership with the Nestle Pakistan.
