Flour millers announce supply of flour under Ramazan package

LAHORE: The Pakistan Flour Mills Association has announced measures to provide relief to the public during Ramadan in collaboration with the Punjab government.

As part of the arrangements, flour will be sold at subsidized rates in 64 special markets and Ramadan markets across Punjab. A 10kg bag of flour will be available for Rs850 in these markets.

The association will establish 1550 flour sale points throughout the province, where a 10kg bag will be sold for Rs905 and a 20kg bag for Rs1810. Regular flour supplies will continue at market rates.

Association leaders Asim Reza Ahmed and Riazullah Khan stated that the Association is committed to supporting the Punjab government in providing relief to the public during Ramadan.

The decision aims to ensure affordable flour prices for the public, particularly the underprivileged, during the holy month. The association’s efforts are expected to benefit a large number of people across Punjab.
