BARA: Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid on Monday visited the Provincial Disaster Management Authority registration point at Al-Haj Market in the Bara Tehsil of the Khyber tribal district.
During the visit, she met internally displaced persons (IDPs) belonging to Tirah Valley. She reviewed the registration process of eligible women being carried out through the Mobile Registration Vehicle deployed at the site.
The BISP chief interacted directly with the women’s beneficiaries, listened to their concerns and issued instructions to the relevant staff for the immediate resolution of complaints.She emphasized the need for providing complete guidance to women during the registration process to ensure that they do not face any inconvenience.
