PESHAWAR: The residents of Khanywali village in the newly created Paharpur District of Dera Ismail Khan division have raised concerns about the substandard work on the under construction road in their area.
They expressed the reservations in a viral social media video.
Taking notice of the video, Additional Chief Secretary Ikramullah Khan and Secretary Adeel Shah Planning & Development Department Directed Director General (Monitoring & Evaluation), Usman Zaman, to inspect the site through the Divisional/District M&E Team of Dera Ismail Khan Division and submit a comprehensive report for further necessary action.
In compliance with these directives, Deputy Director (DMO Dera Ismail Khan Hizbullah along, AD (tech) M&E Haseeb, along with members of the local community, visited the project site.
Following the visit and observations highlighted by the M&E team Dera Ismail Khan Division, the AD Local Government Concerned, directed the contractor to dismantle the identified substandard work.
