City set to host biggest cycle race

LAHORE:Lahore will organize the biggest cycling race on January 25, 2026 in which more than 500 cyclists will participate. This was revealed by Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar.

Punjab Minister for Sports said that the upcoming cycling race will be Punjab Sports Department's first major activity of the year 2026. "Pakistan's biggest cycling race will be held in Lahore on January 25 in which more than 500 cyclists are expected to participate". He said that Punjab Sports Department is committed to promote positive activities among the younger generation through sports events.

He said that more news regarding bigger sports events will be announced in the near future. He said that he himself will also participate in the cycle race. "The race will start from Liberty Chowk and culminate at Punjab Stadium after passing through various places".
