*Beech Ki Jagah - Vol 2: Memories of Belonging
When: Starts April 18. From 1 pm to 3:30 pm.
Where: Olomopolo, Lahore.
What it is about: This four-day immersive workshop, organised in collaboration with the Commonwealth Foundation, is about “threading and narrating memories: memories of home; of family, found, lost; of belonging or its absence.” The workshop approaches belonging through writing and stitching, allowing participants to translate their creative expression into both text and textile.
The workshop is designed for emerging writers across all forms and languages, visual artists, hand embroiderers and designers.
*Bringing Back the ’90s
When: Sunday (today). 4-10 pm.
Where: Alhamra, The Mall, Lahore.
What it is about: The event features a ’90s’ theatre play, live musical performances, and over 30 food stalls.
It’s a ticketed event.
