*Resonance — Sound, Psychology and Movement

When: Begins March 28.

Where: Ambiance Resort Hunza, Lahore.

What is it about: An immersive workshop, organised by The Colony, Resonance is about “therapeutic sound, conscious movement, emotional regulation and embodied integration.” It is set in the serene landscape of Hunza during cherry blossom season. The participants are invited to be part of “a safe, judgment-free space to reconnect with their bodies, unwind and experience renewal.”

Practitioners include Saad Sheikh, a multidisciplinary artist who divides his time between Berlin and Lahore; and Wajeeha Wasti, a contemporary movement artist, choreographer and theatre performer from Lahore.

*Candle Painting

Where: Whip, Phase 3, DHA, Lahore.

What is it about: Said to be “a fun filled evening” of painting candles in four different ways. The supplies and goodies will be provided at the venue.
