MINGORA: More than 10 schoolgirls were injured when a school van collided with a passenger car in the Barim Bypass area of Matta tehsil in upper Swat on Monday.
According to rescue officials, the accident occurred in the Barim Bypass area, prompting an immediate response from Rescue 1122 after the Swat Control Room received information about the mishap.
A Rescue 1122 medical team was dispatched to the scene without delay and provided first aid to the injured students.Rescue personnel shifted all the injured schoolgirls to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Matta for further treatment. Officials said the victims were transported safely and were receiving medical care at the hospital.
