I wish to strongly protest the persistent disruptions and poor quality of mobile network services in Karachi. Despite paying for expensive monthly packages and fulfilling our obligations as consumers, we continue to suffer from frequent call drops, weak signals, interrupted conversations and situations where voices are either unclear or cannot be heard at all. Such substandard services are causing serious inconvenience to millions of users, affecting both personal communication and business activities.
It is highly unjustified that subscribers are charged premium rates while receiving unreliable services in return. The concerned authorities and mobile network operators should treat this matter with utmost seriousness and address these issues on a priority basis.
