Spending long hours on screens can cause eye strain, poor sleep, lack of physical activity and difficulty concentrating. It may also negatively affect children’s memory and learning abilities.
Parents should limit screen time and encourage children to engage in healthier activities like reading and indoor and outdoor games. Technology is useful when used in moderation, but excessive screen use can be harmful.
