LAHORE : Shahdara Town police have arrested a suspected fraudster for purchasing sacrificial animals with counterfeit currency notesahead of Eidul Azha. The suspect, identified as Asad, was allegedly deceiving traders by paying them fake currency notes in Shahdara Town areas. Police said multiple complaints were received from affected traders. The accused was arrested within 12 hours of the operation, officials added. A case was registered against the suspect.
