LAHORE : Chief Traffic Officer Lahore Syed Abdul Rahim Shirazi has taken strict notice of a viral video and suspended the traffic warden involved for inappropriate behaviour.

According to details, a motorcyclist was stopped in the Mozang area for violating one-way traffic rules. During the enforcement action, the rider handed over his driving licence to the traffic wardens for issuance of a challan.

Later, a woman accompanying the motorcyclist attempted to take back the licence, which led to a tense situation. During the incident, a traffic warden allegedly pushed the woman backward, and the video of the incident went viral on social media. Taking immediate notice of the matter, CTO Lahore suspended the warden, Akhtar, and ordered an inquiry into the incident.
