KARACHI: The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) said on Monday it has received seven Best Practice Awards at the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) Awards 2026, recognising the bank’s workplace inclusion and organisational development initiatives.
The awards were received by Saman Abbasi, executive vice president and divisional head of learning & development and organisational effectiveness, along with her team at the award ceremony, the bank said in a statement.
NBP said the recognition reflected its efforts to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion policies, improve representation and promote a workplace culture focused on fairness and equal opportunity.
The bank said it continued to align its human resource and organisational practices with international benchmarks and evolving institutional priorities as part of broader workplace development initiatives.
