LAHORE : Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) CEO Imran Amin called on Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Fazlur Rehman at Punjab Stadium.
During the meeting, the location and other key details about the construction of Sports City were reviewed in detail. DG Sports Punjab Tariq Qureshi, Additional Secretary Sports Shabbir Hussain Cheema, Director PMU and other officials were also present in the meeting.
Secretary Sports Punjab Fazlur Rehman said that Punjab Sports Department is going to build Pakistan’s first ever Sports City in Lahore. “The Sports City will be constructed in multiple phases and it has great significance for the development of sports.”
He said that modern sports complexes and stadiums will be built in Sports City in which international standard facilities will be provided. “RUDA is acquiring land for Sports City”.
