Studies and everyday observation alike point to the same reality: more young people are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and emotional burnout than ever before. Yet public discourse around mental health in our community remains limited, stigmatised and often entirely absent.
Mental illness does not discriminate. It affects students, professionals and individuals across all walks of life. The silence surrounding it causes harm. It delays help-seeking, deepens shame and in the worst cases, contributes to irreversible outcomes.
