FAISALABAD: Prime Minister’s Adviser and Senator Rana Sanaullah Khan has said Pakistan emerged as a strong and dignified state in the Muslim world after its success in Marka-e-Haq.

He was addressing a ceremony held at Boharan Wali Ground to mark one year of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army. He said the armed forces and security institutions were continuing operations against terrorist elements and thwarting every conspiracy of the enemy. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Asim Munir and the government team strengthened Pakistan’s global image through effective strategy and diplomacy.

He said the nation and institutions would remain united against every conspiracy against Pakistan and the country would achieve economic stability and prosperity.

During the ceremony, folk singer Arif Lohar sang patriotic songs, while a fireworks display was also held.
