I would like to urgently highlight the perilously deteriorating state of a small bridge in Pak Colony, Hub. For several years, it has been overlooked and now presents a significant danger to human lives. The structure is evidently weak and could give way at any moment. It is frequently used by schoolchildren, women, pedestrians and even vehicles. The stagnant water and piled-up waste beneath the bridge further heighten the risk. The local authorities are responsible for maintaining such infrastructure and are obligated to ensure public safety. Regrettably, it has become a recurring pattern that no action is taken until a tragedy occurs. I urge the concerned authorities to immediately inspect the bridge and undertake urgent repairs or reconstruction.
