LAHORE: Punjab IGP Abdul Kareem on Tuesday met under-training Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) of Balochistan Police at the Central Police Office and emphasised effective use of modern technology to improve crime control and public service delivery.
According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, 35 trainee DSPs, currently undergoing the third Specialized Training Course of Balochistan Police, visited the CPO and interacted with the IGP.The officers appreciated the performance of Punjab Police in areas including crime control, infrastructure development, smart policing and public service delivery.During the meeting, the IGP said modern training was being imparted to police officers from Balochistan, Sindh and other provinces.
