LAHORE : GC University, through its Art History Department at the Institute of Global and Historical Studies, has unveiled a new art gallery with a solo exhibition, “Contemplation of Experiences,” by M Javed.
The exhibition features more than 50 artworks depicting Pakistan’s urban evolution and social realities, reflecting the complexities of everyday life. M Javed belongs to the first batch of the National College of Arts, graduating in 1962.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M Omer Chaudhry appreciated the artworks and reaffirmed the university’s commitment to providing world-class facilities for the arts.
