LAHORE:The Suthra Punjab Agency Lahore ensured comprehensive cleanliness arrangements at Gaddafi Stadium ahead of the Pakistan Super League semi-final.
More than 250 sanitation workers, supported by eight washer vehicles, carried out cleaning in and around the stadium before the match between Multan Sultans and Hyderabad Kings. An additional 50 workers were deployed in surrounding areas and parking zones. Mechanical sweepers remained active on key routes to facilitate spectators. Over 200 workers and 15 supervisors were assigned duties inside the stadium, while each enclosure was staffed with dedicated sanitation teams. Two water bowsers were deployed to control dust and maintain hygiene. The stadium was declared a zero-waste zone, with a Rs100 fine for littering. Authorities urged spectators to cooperate in maintaining cleanliness during the matches.
