LAHORE:Around 12 suspects were arrested after an armed clash between three real brothers and their accomplices over a property dispute in the Shahdara Town area.
The incident prompted notice from DIG Operations, while Shahdara Town police responded to an emergency call made to the 15 helpline, averting what officials described as a potential major tragedy.
According to SP City, the firing erupted between brothers identified as Darvesh, Saad Gul and Ameer Gul, who had a longstanding dispute over a property. Both sides allegedly opened fire, causing panic in the neighbourhood.During the exchange of fire, a passerby identified as Parveen, was injured.She was shifted to hospital.
