LAHORE:National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq praised Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for making efforts for the development of Punjab.
For the first time in the history of Punjab, development work was going on an equal footing in every district and every constituency, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said while talking to Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb here on Sunday.
The people were thanking the chief minister for giving the biggest development programme of the last 70 years in the form of Punjab Development Programme in 60 cities, NAspeaker said, adding not only Punjab, but the whole of Pakistan was praising a clean Punjab.
The chief minister is transforming the rotten systems of health, education and sewerage in the province into a modern dynamic and functional system of the modern world, he claimed.
The launch of electro-green buses was a new revolution in Punjab, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said and maintained the historic process of eliminating smog and making Punjab green was commendable. Sardar Ayaz Sadiq also paid tribute to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on the launch of the fastest train service project from Lahore to Rawalpindi.
Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb briefed Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on the steps taken by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz regarding the development of Punjab. She praised NA Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq's performance regarding legislation and parliamentary business.
