LAHORE:The Governor Punjab/Chancellor has appointed Professor Emeritus Dr Masood Rabbani as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Veterinary and Animal Science (UVAS) Lahore for a period of four years.
Prof Dr Masood Rabbani, who is a renowned international scientist, microbiologist and UVAS senior Emeritus Professor, assumed the charge of UVAS Vice-Chancellor. He has served as President of Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council, Convener (PVMC) Accreditation & Equivalence.
He is PhD in Microbiology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Prof Rabbani is also HEC-approved PhD supervisor and has supervised over 100 PhD and MPhil scholars.
