LAHORE:Dry and hot weather was recorded in the provincial capital here on Thursday while Met office predicted scattered rain during the next 24 hours.
The average AQI of the City was 77, which fell in the category of moderate while the PM2.5 concentration was 4.6 times the World Health Organisation annual PM2.5 guideline value.
Temperature has suddenly increased here as mercury reached 35C while the maximum temperature was 24 and the wind speed was 6 kilometers per hour.
The Met officials predicted that there was a possibility of rain in the City from Thursday (night) till April 18 (Saturday).
