KARACHI: Pakistan Tennis Federation will organise a series of talent hunt and development coaching camps for wheelchair tennis in various cities from April to June.

“The cities are Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas and Islamabad,” said M Khalid Rehmani, Vice President PTF.

He added that PTF has already provided rackets and balls to most of these venues and he would personally visit all these venues to supervise talent hunt programs. “We will invite as many as possible wheelchair tennis players in talent hunt events and will then select promising players for long duration camps,” said Khalid.

He said that PTF has sent two new locally manufactured wheelchairs to M Khalid Siddiq yesterday for his camp at Model Town Club in Lahore.
