LAHORE:The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has issued new regulations for candidates appearing in written examinations and interviews.

According to the instructions, candidates are prohibited from conversing with each other within the premises of the PPSC building, sharing interview questions or taking photographs. The guidelines, formally approved by the PPSC secretary, also ban mobile phone photography and video recording inside the building. PPSC Senior Security Officer directed that no person or candidate will be allowed to contact interviewees and discussion regarding interview questions will not be permitted.

The PPSC has warned that legal action will be taken against violators. Notices outlining these rules have been displayed at various points inside the building, and the same policy will apply at all PPSC interview centres across Punjab.
