QUETTA: The body of a Pakistani citizen, Yasir Khan, who was killed in a US attack in Iran, has been handed over to the Taftan administration.
Yasir Khan, son of Iqbal Shah, was reported to be a resident of Karachi’s Keamari area. He was working on a ship in Bandar Abbas when he reportedly came under the impact of US bombing and lost his life. After completion of legal formalities, the Iranian authorities handed over the body to Pakistani officials. Following necessary documentation and procedures at the Taftan border, the body was handed over to the deceased’s relatives and sent to Karachi.
