The ongoing wave of motorbike thefts in the city continues, as another incident was reported near Safoora Chowrangi, where suspects stole a bike parked outside a private bank. Two unidentified suspects managed to steal the motorbike within seconds and speed away.
The CCTV camera footage of the incident has surfaced, showing the suspects loitering outside the bank before carrying out the theft. One suspect, wearing a T-shirt and a cap, can be seen skilfully unlocking the motorbike within seconds, starting it, then escaping with his accomplice, who was waiting nearby on another motorbike.
The victim, Ali Rashid, has registered his complaint at the Sachal police station about his 2025 model Honda 70 motorbike being stolen. He has urged the authorities to trace the suspects using CCTV camera footage and recover his stolen bike. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
