Islamabad: Marking the 250th anniversary of the Bolshoi Theatre, one of Russia’s most iconic opera and ballet institutions, the Russian Embassy School hosted a children’s art exhibition on its premises here to celebrate the milestone.
Young participants showcased their creativity while reflecting an understanding of the theatre's distinctive architecture and celebrated repertoire. During an open lesson held alongside the exhibition, Cultural Attaché of the embassy Gleb Shubin introduced students to the history of the Bolshoi Theater, describing it as a symbol of Russia’s national culture and a source of enduring pride for its people.
