LAHORE:A dispute over the installation of a sewerage line left three people injured, while police arrested the main suspect involved in the attack.
The incident occurred in Rahmat Park Colony on Ahlu Road, within the jurisdiction of Kahna police.
SP Model Town Jehanzeb Akram said the clash erupted between two groups over laying a sewerage line in the street. During the altercation, the suspects allegedly attacked their rivals with sharp-edged weapons, injuring three individuals.
The injured were identified as Umar, Qayyum and Asif, who sustained wounds to the nose and back. They were shifted to hospital. Police arrested the prime suspect Shehzad, while efforts are under way to apprehend his accomplices, Kashif and Nawaz. A case was registered against the suspects.
