PESHAWAR: The newly posted Secretary Information and Public Relations Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Matiullah Khan, was briefed on the organizational structure and functions of the Information and Public Relations Department.
Additional Secretary Information Hazrat Ali briefed the secretary about the department’s various wings, responsibilities and overall organizational structure.The briefing highlighted the ongoing initiatives and key projects being undertaken by the Information and Public Relations Department.
Director General Information and Public Relations Muhammad Imran Khan, Press Registrar Ansarullah Khilji, Director Admin Ibni Amin, Station Director Pakhtunkhwa Radio Peshawar Haroon Rashid, Director Creative Wing Dr Danish Babar, Deputy Secretary Anwar Akbar, Deputy Director IT Zar Ali, Planning Officer Hizbullah and other officers of the Information and Public Relations Department attended the meeting.
Matiullah Khan appreciated the performance and progress of the department and said that coordinated efforts would be made to improve its performance and ensure effective dissemination of information to the public. He expressed his commitment to utilizing all available resources for the improvement and institutional strengthening of the department.
