CHITRAL: Spring has arrived in the scenic valley of Lower Chitral in full bloom, with mountains and plains turning lush green.
The intermittent rains over the past week have made the weather pleasant while adding to the natural beauty of the region. The valley has been refreshed by the showers, and the spread of greenery has created mesmerizing views for residents and visitors alike.
Flowing streams, fresh buds on trees and verdant fields have further enhanced the charm of the valley. For travelers entering the area, the breathtaking scenery offers a paradise-like experience, captivating all who witness it.
However, tourism activities in the valley currently remain subdued due to Ramazan. Local business owners and people associated with the tourism sector said that although the valley is at its most beautiful during this time, the regular influx of tourists is expected to begin after Eidul Fitr.
They expressed hope that during the Eid holidays, a large number of visitors from across the country will travel to Chitral to enjoy its pleasant weather and stunning landscapes, marking the start of a vibrant tourism season in the region.
