ISLAMABAD: The nominations of BS-18 officials for the 46th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC)—a mandatory training programme required for the promotion of government officers to BS-19—have been revised, and 21 more officials have now been nominated for the upcoming course.
The nominated officials include Section Officer of the Finance Division, Maryam Ayub of the OMG, and Hamza Humayun of the PSP, currently serving as Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad.
The list also includes four BS-18 officers from the Information Group: Deputy Director ISA Islamabad, Aqsa Shaukat Ali, Deputy Director PID, Ehsanullah Shahzad, Deputy Director APPC, Asif Ali Raza Shah, and Deputy Director RIO PID Quetta, Abdul Salam Nasir. Other officers nominated for the training programme include Deputy Director Privatization Commission, Saif-ur-Rehman Marwat, Deputy Commissioner Indus Water, Ministry of Water Resources, Adnan Muhammad, and Deputy Director Regional Office Karachi, Ministry of Human Rights, Ali Akbar Abro.
Among the additional nominees are also Superintendents of Police Khawaja Muhammad Siddique and Khawar Ali Shaukat of the Police Service who are currently posted in the Azad Kashmir government. From the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, Faisal Mughal, who is serving as Secretary of the Administrative Service Transport Authority, has also been nominated for the course.
Furthermore, nine officers of the Sindh Provincial Civil Service (XPCS) have been included in the revised nominations. These officers include Yar Ali Shah, Muhammad Ali, Nasir Ahmed Abbasi, Samiullah Sanjrani, Noor Mustafa Leghari, Ijaz Hussain Rind Baloch, Abdul Hamid Mughal, Dastgir, and Abdul Jabbar Rajput.
The 46th Mid-Career Management Course will be conducted from March 30 to June 5, and will take place at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) campuses in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta.
