CM offers condolences over martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, accompanied by Minister for Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah and Minister for Religious Affairs Syed Riaz Shah Shirazi, on Tuesday evening offered condolences over the martyrdom of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

The condolence gathering was attended by prominent religious and social figures, including Allama Baqir Abbas Zaidi, Allama Nisar Ahmed Qalandari, Maulana Mubashir Zaidi, Shabbar Raza Zaidi, Shams ul Hassan Shamsi, and Riaz ul Hassan Naqvi, among others.

Participants expressed grief and solidarity, offering prayers for the elevation of the departed leader’s ranks and strength for the bereaved. The gathering also reflected sentiments of unity and support within sections of the community during the solemn occasion.

Condolence book

The Consulate General of Islamic Republic of Iran in Karachi announced on Tuesday that a condolence and memorial book will be opened for condolence messages on the martyrdom of Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and Iranian women and children at its premises from Wednesday to Friday.
