ISLAMABAD: Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand has canceled the bail of Najaf Hameed, brother of former DG ISI Faiz Hameed, in a fraud case and ordered his arrest. The court, pronouncing a reserved verdict, approved the FIA’s application for cancellation of bail and ordered the arrest of Najaf.
Earlier, the court had approved Najaf’s bail on the basis of reconciliation, and the FIA had approached the court for cancellation of bail.
