The people of Gaza continue to suffer under Israeli occupation and genocide, while international organisations fail to uphold their mandates for peace and human rights. Israel’s relentless bombardment of hospitals, schools and aid workers in blatant violation of international law and its weaponisation of water, electricity and food, reflects a deeply inhumane strategy to force Palestinians into submission or exile. Lip service and rhetorical condemnations are no longer enough. It is high time the world severs diplomatic and trade ties with Israel and applies unified pressure on global powers to restrain Israeli aggression and halt the ongoing massacre of Palestinians.
