This week he shares his likes and dislikes with our readers…
How did you begin your modelling journey?
I had help from experienced people in the industry. Mentors like Khawar Riaz and Rizwan ul Haq guided me early on. They helped me understand the work and improve my skills.
What is the hardest part of modelling?
The hardest part is maintaining yourself all the time. You have to stay ready for shoots, take care of your appearance and also stay mentally prepared. It requires discipline every day.
How do you manage fitness and changing trends in fashion?
I try to stay consistent with fitness and work out regularly. I also keep an eye on fashion trends so I can adjust my style depending on the project.
How was your experience working with Mahira Khan and what stood out for you during the shoot?
I was very happy when I got the opportunity. It felt like a big moment for me and a new experience working with someone so well-known. She was professional and polite and even with her level of success; she treated everyone with respect and made the environment comfortable. What stood out most for me was when she appreciated my work. That moment stayed with me and also made me realise that success is not only about appearance, but also about discipline, punctuality and effort.
Which is your most memorable project?
A shoot I did for Ismail Fareed in Hyderabad. It lasted two days and gave me a chance to work in both eastern and western styles.
What has this industry taught you about yourself?
It has made me more confident. I have learned how to handle pressure and how to present myself better. It has been a learning process.
How important is social media for your work?
It is both helpful and distracting. It can waste time if used too much, but it is also important because clients check profiles before hiring.
What is your fitness routine like?
I go to the gym regularly. I focus on different muscle groups each day. I also watch my diet and avoid too much sugar and fizzy drinks.
What keeps you going?
My faith in God keeps me steady. It helps me stay calm and balanced, especially when work gets stressful or busy.
What kind of places or things do you enjoy the most?
I like nature, especially mountains. They make me feel calm and give me space to think.
What kind of behaviour do you find difficult to deal with?
I do not like dishonesty or people who are not straightforward.
Who are your biggest supporters?
My parents are my biggest support. They have always stood by me. Whatever I have done so far is because of their support and the values they taught me.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned so far?
The biggest lesson is that honesty and hard work matter. If you stay sincere with your work, results come in time.
What advice would you give to new models?
They should first understand the basic requirements like height and presence. A good portfolio is important. They should also be patient and not rush the process. Consistency matters more than speed.
