Spotify has named dance-pop artist Neha Karim Ullah as its EQUAL Pakistan Amb-assador for the first quarter of 2026, marking a significant milestone in her rapidly rising career. As part of the recognition, she was featured on Spotify’s Times Square billboard in New York City on January 22 and has been highlighted across several curated playlists on the platform.
Neha has been carving out a distinct space in Pakistan’s diverse music scene by blending electronic dance beats with heartfelt song-writing. Her track ‘Aao Toh Zara’ has gained notable traction, res-onating with listeners for its fresh sound and introspective story-telling. Her audience continues to grow both within Pakistan and internationally.
According to Spotify data, Neha’s listenership moves beyond Pakistan, with strong following in the US, UK, Canada, Bangladesh and the UAE. Millennials and Gen Z listeners make up approximately 85 percent of her audience, underscoring her appeal among younger listeners.
Her music strikes a balance between upbeat dance-pop and reflective lyricism. Tracks such as ‘Modern Day Witch Trial (MDWT)’ and ‘Deewanay’ highlight her rhy-thmic, dancefloor-ready sound, while ‘Na Karoon’ reveals a quieter and more contemplative side. Together, her releases point to a cohesive sonic identity rooted in both movement and meaning.
