ndie pop singer and songwriter Amna Riaz recently appeared on Spotify’s Times Square billboard in New York City, marking a milestone in her growing career. She has been named the EQUAL Pakistan Ambassador for the final quarter of 2025, as part of a Spotify initiative highlighting women shaping the nation’s music scene.

Over the past year, Amna’s audience has grown by 200 per cent, with her songs added to more than 120,000 playlists. Tracks like ‘Kya Sach Ho Tum?’, ‘Duur Se’, ‘Dunya’, ‘Bachpan’ and ‘Khizaan’ have resonated with listeners both in Pakistan and internationally, including the US, UK, Canada, Bangladesh and the UAE.
