JAMRUD: A resident of Jamrud tehsil in Khyber district on Tuesday appealed to the government, philanthropists and welfare organizations to help finance the treatment of his three children, all of whom are suffering from blood cancer.
Speaking to reporters, Jahanzeb said his three children had been diagnosed with blood cancer and required costly medicines, diagnostic tests and continued medical care, which he could no longer afford.
He said he had exhausted all his savings on their treatment and had even sold household valuables to keep the treatment going. However, he added, he now had no financial resources left.
“My family and I are going through an extremely difficult time.
