The Sirajia Group hosted a reception on Saturday night to celebrate its recognition by the Saudi Hajj ministry.

The event, which was held at a hotel in Karachi, was graced by the presence of various showbiz and sports stars, including Ahmad Shahzad, Nabeel, Javed Sheikh, Iftikhar Thakur and Adnan Jilani, along with business representatives.

Reels of prominent personalities who had performed Hajj through the Sirajia Group were also screened at the event. The celebrities who spoke about the Hajj services included Atif Aslam, Iftikhar Thakur, Nabeel, Shahzad and Waseem Badami.

In a video, Thakur reminisced about his Hajj and remarked that the staff of the Sirajia Group facilitated the pilgrims in every possible way and they were always available if the pilgrims needed any help. In another video, Badami said he had performed Hajj with the group multiple times.

Shahzad recalled that he was concerned about his aged mother when he went for Hajj, but staff members of the group treated his mother so well that the Hajj days became the most joyous days for him.

The ceremony was conducted by television personality Junaid Iqbal, who praised the Sirajia Group for its dedication to the pilgrims. He said the ceremony was being held to celebrate honour received by Pakistan this year in Saudi Arabia as not only the Hajj ministry of Pakistan was awarded for its arrangements by the Saudi Hajj ministry but also two private Hajj operators from Pakistan were honoured for their remarkable Hajj arrangements.

The event was told that one of the two operators was from Sindh and the other, Sirajia, was from Punjab. The Sirajia Group got the Second Best Services Achievement Award -- Labaytum Award -- from the Saudi Hajj ministry.

Addressing the gathering, the CEO of SIRAJIA Group, Dr. Muhammad Nasir Rashid, shared the inner philosophy behind their success. “Event management for Hajj is far from easy,” Dr. Nasir emphasized. “You must have an undeniable passion for giving absolute comfort to the Hajis. While our group has historically operated primarily out of Punjab, successfully managing top-tier facilities for 500 pilgrims every single year, we are ready for the next chapter.”
