Islamabad:The capital city came alive with messages of peace and unity on Tuesday as digital screens across Islamabad displayed congratulatory content celebrating the successful peace accord facilitated through Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts.

The initiative, led by the Directorate of Municipal Administration of the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad, transformed major digital billboards and public display screens into symbols of hope, harmony and international cooperation.

The peace agreement, scheduled to be formally signed in Geneva, Switzerland, with Pakistan playing a host and facilitative role, has been widely welcomed as a significant step towards regional and global stability.

Citizens and visitors witnessed vibrant displays carrying messages of peace and solidarity at key locations throughout the federal capital, reflecting Pakistan’s commitment to dialogue, diplomacy and conflict resolution. Speaking on the occasion, officials stated that Islamabad’s digital screens were illuminated to share the nation’s pride in contributing to an important milestone for international peace and understanding. ‘From Islamabad to the World — A Message of Peace, Unity and Hope.’
