The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration Karachi on Monday uncovered a suspected fraud involving German student visas and offloaded three female passengers who were allegedly travelling on questionable educational documents.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the passengers, identified as Nida, Gulnaz and Aqsaa, were stopped during immigration clearance and offloaded on suspicion of possessing fake or suspicious academic credentials.

Nida and Gulnaz were travelling on German student visas, while Aqsaa was reportedly holding a German residence permit. During questioning, Nida and Gulnaz failed to provide satisfactory information regarding their academic programmes or intended studies in Germany. Both allegedly admitted that they had not completed any formal education at a college or university in Pakistan.

Investigators further revealed that Aqsaa had been residing in Germany for the past 10 years and was allegedly involved in facilitating visa processing, arranging blocked bank accounts, and providing educational documents for visa applicants.
