A speeding water tanker ran over a motorcycle near Korangi Crossing on Saturday, killing one person and injuring two others, rescue officials said.
The accident occurred near Attock Pump when a water tanker collided with a motorcycle. The impact completely destroyed the motorcycle. As a result of the crash, one person died on the spot, while two others sustained injuries.
Rescue teams transported the deceased and the injured to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medical treatment and legal formalities. The identity of the deceased could not be immediately ascertained.
The police were investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, and efforts were underway to determine responsibility for the crash.
