Fatal road accidents in Pakistan appear to have become a daily occurrence. The major causes behind this trend include speeding and untrained drivers. Nowadays, fines are being issued for speeding. This is a good initiative by the authorities, but other issues such as underage driving, overloading vehicles and poor road conditions also need to be addressed.
